Writing about Christmas came early and easily – there is such magic in the lights, the sense of peace, and such a sharp contrast to reality. These poems will emerge from the library and drafts.
I’ll list them in the order I publish them…. But that might not be in the order in which they were written . They will also be there as part of the ‘complete collection’ and all being well , a link where it is available to the audio recording on the podcast channel ‘Words from Jo Hansen’
2025 has yielded ‘ The Advent collection’ – which can be found on a separate page. These are 26 poems started on Advent Sunday which was November 30th … so 26 will be Christmas night – the 25 December . It’s been a great discipline and wonderful to have words and phrases pottering through my head again.
